Elliot J. Spiegel has been at the forefront of luxury spec real estate development for over a decade. Building on his past experience in design and operations for a large portfolio of luxury spec projects in Los Angeles, Elliot brings the strategic capacity and the unique design edge of a veteran operator in luxury real estate. His past projects span across Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, and Hancock Park, where he worked with the most discerning buyers and real estate professionals, always bringing a unique point of view.
His design expertise and philosophy allow him to infuse sophistication, elegance and a timeless quality to all the projects he works on. Thanks to his industry start in development, Elliot is also an exceptionally capable operator, personally seeing through the completion of even the most minute details of every project, ensuring precision, reliability and, ultimately, an extraordinary design experience.
Elliot is a frequent traveler to Milan, Italy where he has developed direct relationships with manufacturers and designers of some of the most luxurious furnishings, and imports products with the finest materials and craftsmanship.
Jonathan Menlo

Jonathan Menlo, a licensed General Contractor since 2012, built his career in real estate management, with over 15 years of experience as a regional director for Century Quality Management, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations for over 2,000 units.
At CQM, Jonathan managed to substantially increase property value and subsequently rental income for the company’s portfolio through a targeted strategy grounded in market surveys and real estate data. Thanks to his knowledge of the real estate market and its most complex dynamics, Jonathan executed a massively impactful rehab project for thousands of rental units, which yielded significant returns.
Using his long-standing construction experience and his operational acumen, Jonathan built an extensive portfolio of luxury contemporary homes, which regularly sold for record prices, across Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, and Hancock Park. Currently, he also continues to perform a wide range of managerial duties for the Menlo family real estate empire.
Jonathan is a frequent traveler to Milan, Italy and Europe, where he has developed relationships directly with the manufacturers of some of the finest home products available in the world.
